Welcome to TSuperb Tiling & Renovations (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services as offered through https://tsuperbtiling.com and any associated interactions, including quote requests, project execution, and payments.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Types of Projects We Offer

We specialize in residential renovations and tiling services. Our project categories include:

  • Kitchen Renovations: Custom cabinetry, backsplash installation, tile flooring, countertop upgrades.
  • Bathroom Remodeling: Full or partial renovations, including plumbing adjustments, waterproofing, tiling, and fixture installation.
  • Floor & Wall Tiling: Indoor and outdoor ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile installations.
  • Custom Design & Renovations: Tailored renovation projects based on client-specific designs and functional needs.

Each project is scoped and priced individually based on size, complexity, material selection, and labour hours.

2. How To Request A Quote

To request a free, no-obligation quote:

b. Complete the Quote Request Form including all required fields.

c. Submit any design references, or preferred timelines.

d. You can also email us property photos (optional but helpful).

e. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is received.

3. Business Hours

We are available to serve you during the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Please allow for response delays on weekends and public holidays.

4. Response Time

Upon receiving a completed quote request, we aim to respond within 1–2 business days. On-site assessments or follow-ups may take an additional 1–3 business days, depending on scheduling availability.

5. Quote Validity Period

All quotes provided are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. After this period, prices and availability may change due to market fluctuations in materials or scheduling adjustments.

6. How to Make Payments

We offer several secure and convenient payment methods:

  • Cash (paid in person)
  • Manager’s Cheque (Personal cheques are not accepted)
  • Debit/Credit Card via our on-site POS terminal
  • Bank Transfers (account details provided upon invoice issuance)

A deposit is required before project commencement (see Section 8)

7. Refund Policies

Due to the nature of our custom and labour-intensive services, refunds are only granted in the following cases:

  • Work has not yet commenced and cancellation is requested in writing within 48 hours of deposit payment.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen internal issues.

No refunds will be issued for:

Changes to scope or preferences after work has begun

Client-requested cancellations after materials have been purchased or labour has started

8. Service Agreement Standards

Before any project begins, a formal service agreement is provided. This includes:

  • a) Deposit Policy

A minimum 50% deposit is required to schedule your project and secure materials. Delays in deposit may affect start dates.

  • b) Full Payment Policy

Full payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be settled before handing over final deliverables or uninstalling temporary protective setups.

  • c) Labour Costs

Labour is charged based on a daily rate or fixed project rate, depending on the scope and complexity. Weekend or after-hours requests may carry an additional fee.

  • d) Service Charges & Transport Fees

A transport fee may be charged for projects located outside the Greater Toronto Area or for projects requiring daily long-distance travel. This will be disclosed during quoting.

  • e) Taxes

All services are subject to applicable local taxes, which will be itemized on your invoice.

9. Projected Length of Time for Specific Projects

Estimated project durations may vary based on weather, client decisions, and material availability. Typical timelines are:

  • Small Bathroom Renovation: 5–7 business days
  • Full Bathroom Remodel: 10–14 business days
  • Kitchen Backsplash or Tiling Only: 2–4 business days
  • Full Kitchen Renovation: 10–20 business days
  • Whole Room Tiling (up to 400 sq. ft.): 3–6 business days
  • Custom Design & Renovation Projects: Scoped individually and subject to client design approval and staging

We strive to complete each project on time but will communicate promptly if delays occur.

10. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, clients are expected to:

Avoid entering the workspace during active hours unless escorted by a supervisor for safety.

Provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets/children are kept away from the site.

Confirm decisions regarding materials, colours, or layouts before the start date.

11. Limitation of Liability

TSuperb Tiling & Renovations is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers, government regulations, or natural disasters
  • Structural issues discovered mid-project that were not visible during the initial assessment
  • Minor imperfections resulting from pre-existing conditions (e.g., uneven floors or walls)

We are fully committed to high standards and will work to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms And Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
